Since 1984, the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs has made a profound impact on the lives of animals and our community. Just a few examples of our work over the past 40 years include:

Rescuing, sheltering, and rehoming thousands of dogs and cats, providing them with a second chance at a happy life. Connecting loving families with pets in need has been our central goal.
Providing spay and neuter support to all of the pets who came through our doors and many more community animals, significantly reducing the stray population.
Providing medical care and rehabilitation to injured and abused animals, ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve.
